This website is operated by MINIGIFT ENTERPRISE (SSM Registration No. 202603171006 / 003865353-M). By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Confirmation: Orders are only processed after payment is confirmed. You will receive an automatic confirmation via email (if provided) and/or WhatsApp.

2. Payment: Payment is made via ToyyibPay (FPX / Online Banking / Card). All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

3. Payment Link Expiry: Your payment link is valid for 24 hours from checkout. If payment is not completed within this time, the order is automatically cancelled and the link will stop working. Please place a new order if this happens.

4. Completion Time: Standard completion time is 5–10 working days from payment confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may vary depending on order volume.

5. Urgent Orders: Urgent orders require a minimum of 5 working days' notice from the date of order. We will do our best to meet your requested date, but this is not guaranteed, especially during peak periods.

6. Pre-Order & Special Figures: Items that feature special or licensed characters (e.g. cartoon figures) may need to be sourced from our supplier first. This can add an additional 7–14 working days to your order. We will inform you if this applies to your order.

7. Out of Stock / Restock: If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to provide an estimated restock timeline. You may choose to wait or request a full refund at that point.

8. Cancellation & Returns: Custom products cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned once production has started. Please double-check all names, dates, spelling, and details before submitting your order — we are not responsible for errors in the information you provide.

9. Damage / Defect Claims: Please inspect your item(s) upon arrival. Any damage, defect, or discrepancy must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery, with photo/video evidence. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

10. Delivery & Contact Info: Order and delivery updates are sent to the phone number and/or email you provide. If you provide a separate courier contact number, that number is used specifically for delivery. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address, postcode, and contact number provided — we are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

11. Delivery Timeframe: Delivery times quoted by couriers are estimates and outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

12. Discounts: Discount codes and the one-time new-email-signup discount cannot be combined with other offers — only one discount applies per order, subject to validity at checkout.

13. Email Communications: If you provide an email address, we may use it to send order status updates and, occasionally, promotions or announcements. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails anytime via the link provided — this will not affect order-related updates for orders already placed.

14. Changes to These Terms: These terms may be updated from time to time. The version shown to you at the time of your order applies to that order.
